This concept might seem ideal for work between career and personal life for example, because we can have flexible schedules or we can spend more time with the family. But it's not at all healthy, studies found that the people that work at home, works more hours. So telework may actually do little to reduce exhaustion and stress. However when you work at office you don’t see the chores and family members, so you're a little removed from the conflict and many set up separate workspaces in their homes. Managers need to help employees set limits because telecommuters who don’t know when to stop working may be at risk of burning out and becoming less productive.
