The balloons that could fly tourists to the edge of space

I have chosen this new because it seems interesting and unthinkable.
The new invention called Ballooning is already tried and tested technology, a spanish company plans to launch passengers to space using helium-filled balloons known as "Bloons" for €115,000 approximately.
Balloons only travel to a height of between 30-40km, it's a totally different experience.
You don't experience weightlessness, you are able to see the "Thin Blue Line" of the Earth's atmosphere. Passengers would also be able to see the Earth in the blackness of space, as well as the sun rise over the curvature of the planet.
Balloons can in theory launch from anywhere in the world, as long as the weather is favorable. Unlike rockets, there is no big acceleration, it takes 1.5-2 hours to reach maximum altitude. Once there, inside will have toilets and you'll be able to dine on board.
To return to Earth, helium is vented from the balloon, then a ParaWing, takes over the remainder of the descent.
